  22. We are the makers of Inside Out.

  24. It is a database engine, and is compatible with MacApp, although all that
  25. really means is that it doesn't take much work to make the two compile
  26. together. Inside Out has been commercially available for almost 3 years. There
  27. is no object oriented interface to Inside Out.

  29. The underlying architecture is more or less relational. I say this because it
  30. uses keys as the main method of relating one record to another. The interface
  31. actually looks a lot more like a network database, since the relational
  32. aspects are hidden and records are related through an automatic "connection"
  33. scheme, similar to Omnis.

  35. Licensing is $200 per year per company, which gives you unlimited distribution
  36. of any number of applications you develop.

  38. The cost is $395 for the single user version and $595 for the multi user
  39. version. Additional copies are available to registered owners for about half
  40. price, in lieu of site licensing.
